We are pleased to host the Boundless Way Zen meditation group on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. (The Zen meditation group meets May through early October each year)
We also host the following movement classes:
Slow Flow Yoga lead by Samantha Williams on Wednesdays at 5pm
Beautiful You (Gentle) Yoga lead by Megan Lindemanis on Tuesdays at 8:30am (Ideal for beginner yogis)
"i-Body" Works lead by Megan Lindemanis on Saturdays at 10am (Each week we target a different area of the body and use gentle movement, breath and stillness to broaden our awareness in our body and create more freedom and ease. We also use simple props to facilitate soft-tissue release in order to create more freedom in our tissue. Hopefully students leave class feeling more ease and comfort, as well as having some new ideas on how to create more ease in their body outside of class.)
Class fee is $12. No experience required. Come wearing comfortable, loose clothing. Many props available on-site.
